Are you offering programming in person?
Currently we are not offering any in person programming due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are not comfortable to attend on-line, please contact our program at 1-877-349-5711.
What do I need to do to join the class?
You will need to have Zoom installed on your device. You will need to have a device that is connected to a stable WIFI network as well as a working webcam and microphone/speakers.
How do I find out more about Zoom?
AHS has a patient resource to help you to get started with using Zoom.

What is the cost of the classes?
The cost to attend these classes are covered by your Alberta Healthcare.
Who can attend these classes?
Any adult and/or their caregiver living in Alberta, Canada can attend our sessions.
What will happen after I register?
After you register for your class, you will receive a confirmation email. KEEP this email as it contains your Zoom link. You will also receive a reminder before your class starts.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are no longer planning on taking our class, please cancel by accessing your Zoom link, or call us at 1-877-349-5711.
Can I meet 1:1 with a nurse?
We have Chronic Disease Management nurses in many communities. Please call us at 1-877-349-5711 to discuss your needs.
How often is your calendar updated?
The calendar and class offerings are updated every three months; however if our classes are full, we will add another to reduce your wait time.
